Nottingham Forest confirm season ticket sell-out

Nottingham Forest have sold their full 20,000 season ticket allocation according to reports on the club’s official website.

The total capacity of The City Ground is 30,445, however, the club have limited the number of season ticket sales with the stadium set to undergo redevelopment during the 2020/2021 campaign.

An early surge in season ticket sales saw The Reds break all recent records and it has now been reported that the remaining available seats for the upcoming campaign have been snapped up.

The City Ground redevelopment will see major improvements made to the Trentside area, Brian Clough and Bridgford Stands while the new Peter Taylor stand is set to house a new club shop, museum and top class hospitality dining areas.

Forest will have to reduce their capacity significantly while the project is ongoing but they are confident that all 20,000 season ticket holders will be honoured their tickets for the 2020/2021 campaign if they wish to renew again next summer.

The Reds are set to be led by the fourth different man in the dugout in 2019 with the club having recently appointed former Ivory Coast coach Sabri Lamouchi as their new boss. Lamouchi moves to The City Ground in search for just his second major piece of silverware in his managerial career after lifting the Qatar Crown Prince Cup with former club El Jaish.
